The attached letter dated February 16, 2026, and numbered 3467, received from the Public Ombudsman Institution of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, states that a significant portion of the applications made to the Institution concern education and training issues, and that applications regarding private schools have also increased recently. In this context, it has been decided that a special report on the problems of education in Turkey will be prepared by the Chief Public Ombudsman, Mr. Mehmet Akarca, and work has begun on this. A survey has been prepared to serve as the basis for the special report.
